Return Policy:
Individuals wishing to return merchandise to AlVet Enterprises must first obtain a Return Autorization (RA) number. RA numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issuance, and must be obtained within 30 days of ship date. Returns will be handled according to the following schedule:
Return Condition
Defective Upon Shipment = Credit for cost of item(s) or replacement.
Refused Delivery = Credit for cost of item(s), less shipping cost,
minus 15% or $5 restocking fee.*
Accepted Delivery = Credit for cost of item(s), less shipping cost,
minus 15% restocking fee*
Damaged, Missing Parts = Non-Returnable - No credit issued.
*AlVet Enterprises reserves the right to evaluate product return conditions
and assess restocking fees at its own discretion*
Defective Products:
Defective Products are eligible for credit or replacement within 30 days of the invoice date. A return authorization (RA) number will be required prior to your returning the item. Please e-mail us at AlVet @Verizon.net to report the problem and to receive an RA number. Replacements will be shipped upon receipt of the defective merchandise. All items must be returned in the original packaging with all parts included along with a copy of the original invoice and reason for return.
Cancellations:
All orders may be cancelled with no additional fee prior to shippng. Cancellations must be made by e-mail to AlVet@Verizon.net. If an order has been shipped it may be returned but the shipping cost will not be credited.
Warranty:
All warranties for products purchased through AlVet Enterprises are the responsibility of the respective manufacturer. All issues, claims and questions concerning product warranties should be submitted directly to the manufacturer.
Indemnification:
You agree to endemnify and hold us, our subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, or other partners and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content that is taken from and or itilized from the AlVet Enterprises Web site.
